PUBLIC SCHOOL

If you choose to remain in the public school system, we are here to fully support you in prayer.​

Here are some things we would recommend:

• Be ALL in (volunteer, coach or get a job inside the school).

• Get to know your children's friends and their families.

• Open conversation with your kids - intentionally!

• Review the school curricula.

  • Ask your children’s teachers, principal, and school administration - what curriculum they are using for Health Education, SEL, etc. Remember the terms these curriculum are often hidden under. Ask for a copy of the teaching materials. ​

  • Parents can review any curricula used at school because of Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA), 20 U.S.C 1232h, passed in 1974, updated in 2022.

• Join the local watch group for your school district (Facebook group):

  • Parents' Right in Education​

  • Informed Parents of (your state, e.g. Washington, California)

  • Your School District discussion group.

You might not agree with all of their political views and agenda. However, you can collect data, gather information, bring it to the Lord, discuss it with your spouse, discern, and make decisions accordingly.

• Subscribe to the mailing list and attend workshops/summits:​

  • Heritage Foundation​

  • Family Watch International (to get the latest news and updates of the current issues on gender, human life, human sexuality, religious liberty, and others)

• Engage with local school boards.
