Happiest Mother’s Day to all of us mama warriors! :) Welcome to @SharpeningLittleArrows. Consider this page a gift from us to you. Me and my friend Lilyana have been working day and night, pouring out our hearts and mind into this project of writing biblical content for mothers. This page is not about popularity, likes, or how many followers we have. This page is not even about us. This page is created for our children. Our heart is to learn together with you, how to raise them in Godly ways - especially in the midst of such a perverse and media-saturated culture. A lot of times in motherhood, we tend to stare at our lives (our own set of challenges, chaos, and calendar) and glance at God. On this journey together, we want to STARE AT GOD, and glance at our lives - Kristi McLelland.
At Sharpening Little Arrows, we are so passionate in curating, researching, and sharing biblical resources and encouragements for us moms- so we can bring our children one step closer to Jesus. We are not going to pretend that we know better than you, or have it all together. We are right here in the trenches with all of you. However, with our passion and calling, we can commit to be your researcher and write all of our findings here! Just like the food blogs we follow online to learn how to feed our children PHYSICALLY; we are here to share "recipes" and tips on how to feed our children SPIRITUALLY. (What books to read, what YouTube videos to watch, how to discuss difficult topics such as pornography, gender fluidity, and LGBTQ issues). We also want to write and expose what the enemy is trying to teach our children nowadays in the classrooms. The world is being very intentional nowadays in indoctrinating our children with ideologies and worldviews that are so opposite from God's TRUTH. But we are not backing down. We can’t really prepare the world for our children, but we CAN prepare our children for the WORLD!

Our prayer is that through this journey, we are going to raise SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF CLARITY. Children who can tell right from wrong; separate darkness from light. CHILDREN OF CONVICTION that can laugh at the schemes of the enemy. Children who love Jesus deeply from their hearts. Children who can lead their lives with such wisdom, light, discernment, and integrity. This Mother’s Day, let’s fix our eyes on Jesus. Let us confidently say to our children, “Follow me, as I follow Christ!” We can do all things through Christ who gives us strength.
