What is the target age for this home discipleship tool? Our book is designed for elementary-aged kids (5-12 years old) and early middle-school-aged kids. It's written in a read-aloud format (by the parents). How often should we do the lessons? Every family has different needs and schedule. You are welcomed to adjust the pace to match your family's needs. But to start with, we would suggest setting a goal to do 1 lesson per month. How many lessons are there in the books? There are 10 lessons in Creation (Book 1) and 6 lessons in The Fall (Book 2). I have kids with a big age range. How do I do this? Depending on your kids' level of comprehension, younger kids might benefit from parents simplifying the idea and focusing on the activities and the truth. Older kids might benefit from more details and fact checks available in the books (in a separate time when the younger ones are not around). For simpler activities, ask the older kids to help out parents in preparing and supervising the activities for the younger ones. Do I need to do the lessons in order? The simple answer to that is no. Each lesson teaches a biblical truth on its own. But we would recommend doing the lessons in order for better continuity. Do I have to purchase the Activity Pack? No, it’s completely optional.
